Blythe Mayfield, Co-Executive Director of Solomon Family Solutions is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) who earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Therapy from the University of web_DSC4258Indianapolis and Master of Art Therapy Degree from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, (Bundoora, Vic) Australia.

As an art therapist, she has extensive experience providing therapy within a wide range of settings serving diverse populations including juvenile and family court systems, aged care facilities, public and private school systems, chemical dependency and eating disorder rehabilitation, community hospital/behavioral care services, maternal and child health services, support groups for single parents, indigenous and refugee families, and specialist school learning environments designed for children who have nonspecific learning disabilities, global delay, and autism.

Blythe maintains a private art therapy studio, Blue Finn in downtown Cleveland, TN where she conducts art therapy for individuals and groups, as well as art lessons and working on her own masterpieces.
